• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout.

• Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or order amounts (see banner or checkout page).

3. Delivery Areas

• We currently ship across UAE (adjust if you serve other countries).
