We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date you receive your item. Refunds are only valid for products that meet our return conditions.
Conditions for Refund:

Refunds will not be provided for items that are burnt, broken, damaged due to body impact, or have screen damage.

To request a refund, you must provide social proof of the order receipt along with clear images of the item.

Once we receive the returned product, our audit team will inspect it. If the item meets the refund conditions, we will process a refund.

Approved refunds will be credited in full to your original payment method within 15 business days.
