Our Warranty Commitment

At Blue Orbit Computer Trading LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty process is straightforward, fair, and handled with care.

Warranty Period

All eligible products come with a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product must be unused — not installed, operated, or tampered with.
  • Products that are physically damaged, burnt, or broken are not covered under warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@boctrading.com with your order number and a description of the issue. or contact us at our provided whatsapp number
  2. Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection Process

Once we receive the product, our technical team will inspect it to determine whether the warranty conditions are met. You will be notified of the outcome within 2 business days of receiving the item.

Warranty Resolution Options

Option 1 — Product Replacement (Recommended)

If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement unit of the same product within 3–4 business days. No cash is involved in this option.

Option 2 — Cash Refund

If you prefer a cash refund instead of a replacement, 70% of your original payment will be refunded within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Warranty Cases

  • Products returned after the 7-day warranty window
  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or physical damage
  • Burnt or broken items regardless of cause
  • Items not in original packaging
