Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging — unused and uninstalled.
  • Products that are physically damaged, burnt, or broken are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Software, downloadable content, and consumables are non-refundable.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that the return policy conditions are met. If approved, you will receive 60% of your original payment within 15 business days, processed to your original payment method.
