Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging — unused and uninstalled.
- Products that are physically damaged, burnt, or broken are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Software, downloadable content, and consumables are non-refundable.

- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that the return policy conditions are met. If approved, you will receive 60% of your original payment within 15 business days, processed to your original payment method.
